Macerich is seeking a Real Estate/Litigation Paralegal to support its Legal Operations Department in Santa Monica. This on-site role four days a week with one remote day on Fridays focuses on eviction and breach of lease actions, lease covenants, and the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Centers.
The successful candidate will assist with notices, tenant communications, due diligence on leases, unlawful detainer actions, settlements, and e-discovery.
