The Injury Avengers Car & Truck Wreck Lawyers is a personal injury law firm representing individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others throughout Texas and Arkansas. The firm handles a broad range of cases, including car, commercial truck, motorcycle, rideshare, and pedestrian accidents, as well as workplace injuries involving third parties, wrongful death, and serious injury claims. The team guides clients through every stage of a claim, from investigation and evidence collection to insurance negotiations, damages evaluation, settlement, and litigation when needed.

The Person al Injury Case Manager will oversee a caseload of personal injury matters, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and ensuring that their cases move efficiently through each stage of the process. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing medical records and bills, communicating with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters, and maintaining detailed case files and timelines. The role involves coordinating investigations, assisting with claim documentation, tracking treatment progress, and preparing demand packages and settlement materials for attorney review.

The Case Manager will collaborate closely with attorneys on case strategy, monitor deadlines, and support litigation-related tasks such as discovery and court filings. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mansfield, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility.

• Experience managing personal injury or related legal cases, including intake, file organization, and ongoing case tracking.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with injured clients and their families.
• Proficiency in organizing medical records, bills, and other documentation, and in preparing summaries and demand packages.
• Solid administrative and time-management skills, including scheduling, deadline tracking, and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
• Comfort working with insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties, including negotiating and following up on requests and responses.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with personal injury law processes, litigation timelines, and legal terminology is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with legal case management software, standard office applications, and electronic document management systems.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Prior law firm or legal support experience in personal injury or civil litigation is a plus; relevant education or certifications in legal studies, paralegal work, or a related field are beneficial.
