Legal Counsel - Remote Contract Specialist

• Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from inception to completion, including revisions and renewals.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to contract law and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into legally sound contractual provisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates and standardized clauses.
• Maintain an organized system for contract storage and retrieval.
• Identify and report on potential legal risks associated with contractual obligations.
• Support the broader legal department on various legal initiatives as needed.

• Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
• Admitted to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate legal department or specialized law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and standard office productivity tools.
