• Manage family law cases from intake through final resolution
• Conduct court appearances, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related legal documents
• Develop and implement effective case strategies
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide exceptional client service
• Collaborate with support staff to move matters forward efficiently
• Communicate professionally with opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience
• Experience managing an active caseload independently
• Trial and courtroom experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to practice
