Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida‑based Medical Malpractice Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements- Minimum of 5 years experience as Florida Medical Malpractice Paralegal
- Full understanding of FL medical malpractice law and process
- Discovery/response experience
- Strong drafting experience
- Proactive case management/calendaring/e‑filing experience
- Communicating with all parties/courts/strong follow‑up
- Well‑organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self‑starter and able to work independently
Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
