The Role
You will advise clients on a broad range of company commercial matters, including:
 
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
 
* Shareholder agreements and partnership agreements
 
* Terms and conditions of business
 
* Business sales and acquisitions
 
* Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
 
* Corporate restructuring
 
* Company formation and governance matters
 
* General commercial advisory work
You will manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive legal team.
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with:
 
* Solid experience handling Company Commercial matters
 
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
 
* Strong commercial awareness
 
* The ability to manage your own workload effectively
 
* Outstanding client care and communication skills
 
* A proactive and collaborative approach
Business development experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
