Our multidisciplinary team is composed of legal and human resources professionals, training specialists and accredited mediators. We provide bilingual services across Canada to organizations of all sizes in the public and private sectors.
Requirements and skills Minimum three years of e xperiencein prevention and resolution of conflict, harassments,discriminationor violence in organizations, including conducting investigations;
Undergraduate or graduate degree inan appropriate fieldof specialization;
Bilingual (French and English) – written andspoken;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Good analytical and synthesis skills and attention todetail;
Team player and collaborative; and
Positive,openand flexible personality.
