This position demands extensive expertise in patent, trademark, and copyright laws. You will be pivotal in developing comprehensive IP strategies, managing portfolios, and advising on a variety of IP matters. Working independently, you will closely interact with research and development teams, ensuring alignment between IP strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive intellectual property strategies and manage filings

• Conduct due diligence for investments and partnerships

• Negotiate and draft licensing and R&D agreements

• Advise on trademark registration and enforcement

• Provide counsel on patent infringement and validity

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in IP law

• Proven track record in patent and portfolio management

• Strong research and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication ability for complex IP concepts

• Experience in technology or life sciences is an advantage
