Job Description & How to Apply Below

Captain Compliance is a fast-growing privacy technology company helping organizations manage privacy compliance, reduce regulatory risk, and respond to the growing wave of privacy litigation. Our platform helps companies operationalize privacy requirements, manage consumer consent choices, and scale their privacy programs across complex regulatory environments.

As we grow, we are looking for experienced privacy professionals who want to join the mission of building a leading company in privacy technology. We are looking for missionaries, not mercenaries: people who believe in what we are building, want to help shape the future of privacy technology, and are excited to grow with the company.

This is a full-time role that can be remote or based at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

The Field Chief Privacy Officer & Privacy Counsel will work directly with clients, product teams, and leadership on privacy law, technical implementation, and enterprise privacy programs.

The role will work closely with Captain Compliance's product and engineering teams, test new product capabilities, support enterprise implementations, participate in client meetings, and when needed represent Captain Compliance at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
