WhatWe're Looking For
- Individuals committed to working with a team across practice areas to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience mentoring or supervising other attorneys is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho, or licensed to practice in either state and willing to apply to practice in both
This position is based in our Boise office. We also offer remote work flexibility.
Salary range: $112,000 – $250,000 annually, depending on experience plus Incentive plan eligibility.
