Defense Litigation Attorney | Remote

A respected national law firm is seeking a remote Litigation Associate barred in Indiana to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team. From day one, you will take ownership of a diverse caseload, interact directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in all phases of complex litigation.

• Manage a broad portfolio of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle cases involving general liability, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and transportation/vehicle liability claims.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare legal memoranda, and develop case strategy.
• Conduct legal research, file analysis, and risk assessments.
• Take and defend depositions, interview witnesses, and participate in discovery.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management.
• Maintain high-quality legal work while effectively managing multiple matters and deadlines.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Indiana Bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense-oriented practice areas.
• Experience handling motion practice, legal research, drafting complex legal documents, and depositions.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to client service.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
