Complex Civil Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Complex Civil Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume civil litigation defense practice involving MDLs, JCCP matters, mass actions, and other complex litigation
. This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Pacific Time business hours
.

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of complex civil litigation.
• Manage large volumes of case documents, discovery, and evidence.
• Coordinate discovery responses, productions, and document review.
• Maintain litigation databases, case files, exhibits, and deadlines.
• Assist with subpoenas, discovery requests, filings, and correspondence.
• Conduct fact investigation and prepare case chronologies.
• Support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, co-counsel, and vendors.

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 2+ years supporting complex civil litigation.
• Experience with one or more of:
• MDL
• JCCP
• Mass Torts
• Pharmaceutical Litigation
• Medical Device Litigation
• Product Liability Litigation
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle.
• Experience with eDiscovery, document review, and litigation databases

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available during Pacific Time business hours
  .

• Employment litigation or personal injury experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, document-intensive litigation.
