We are seeking an experienced title professional with a strong background in oil and gas title work. This role is fully remote and offers flexible billable expectations, competitive compensation, full benefits, and bonus opportunities tied to billable performance.

• Minimum 3+ years of title work experience
• Direct title experience in one or more of the following:
  Bakken Uintah Basin Powder River Basin Green River Formation OR substantial oil & gas title experience in:
  Colorado Wyoming Utah

• Perform oil and gas title examinations and analysis
• Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, and related instruments
• Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries
• Resolve title defects and ownership issues
• Work independently in a remote environment while meeting billable goals
