Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This high-autonomy, high-impact role is designed for a senior legal professional who will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance in fast-moving markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
- Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
- Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.
