Description: Lawyers On Demand (LOD) is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to handle complex maritime, shipping, and commercial trade matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing bareboat charter agreements, port services, cargo handling, and negotiating supply, offtake, storage, and distribution agreements. The position offers significant flexibility, allowing for on-site or remote work and full-time or part-time assignments.
Eligibility: 10 to 15 years of PQE in a mix of in-house and private practice roles;
