Remote Civil Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense

A growing litigation firm is seeking civil litigation attorneys to join its team supporting the Orange County, California office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy handling complex litigation matters while maintaining the flexibility of a remote-capable position.

Attorneys in this role will manage cases from inception through resolution and have the opportunity to work on a variety of defense matters while collaborating with an experienced litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance defense matters involving civil litigation

• Manage cases from initial evaluation through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct depositions and attend hearings

• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation

• Maintain strong communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Strong background in civil litigation defense

• Additional experience inemployment, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, or construction defectis a plus

• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
