In this full-time role, you will leverage your J.D./LL.B. and over three years of experience in Commercial law to create high-quality legal content for Canadian professionals. Collaborating with a talented team, you will ensure materials are current, relevant, and practical. This innovative position allows you to not just practice law but transform it through engaging content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write, review, and edit practice notes and checklists
• Ensure currency and relevancy of all legal materials
• Monitor trends and developments in Commercial law
• Build relationships with legal practitioners across Canada
• Recommend content strategy and direction for the offerings
Requirements:
• J.D./LL.B. with active bar membership
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial law experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficient in MS Office; AI tool experience a plus
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
