Scottish Archery is seeking a Head of Pathway to shape the future of archery in Scotland. The role leads pathway development from participation through to performance, supports the 2025–2029 strategy, and collaborates with staff, volunteers and partners to strengthen the pathway and member support.
Based home-based with travel across Scotland, the role offers flexible working and opportunities for professional development, with a 35-hour week and a salary of £31,000–£35,000.
