Remote – California. Work from anywhere within California while being part of a collaborative litigation team.

Candidates must have an active California Bar license and at least 1 year of litigation experience. At least 1 year of insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients at hearings, case management conferences, and other court proceedings.
  
  Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and complex legal issues.
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Take increasing ownership of cases while developing your litigation and trial skills.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience required.
• 1+ years of insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage litigation responsibilities independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Attorneys from traditional law firms, in-house legal departments, and solo practices are welcome.
