We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role will focus primarily on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation in federal court.
Who You Are :You’re a seasoned litigator with 7–10 years of experience and a strong understanding in intellectual property law. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a proactive mindset to your work, and are passionate about helping clients protect what they’ve built.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as lead counsel on IP litigation cases
- Mentor and support junior attorneys
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with colleagues and clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Analyze legal issues and conduct high-level legal research
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and courts
- Maintain organized case files and timelines
- Represent clients in trial when necessary
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; admission to Florida Bar. Admission to the Nevada bar is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright law
- Significant litigation experience; trial experience is a strong advantage
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
- A collaborative spirit and a “can-do” attitude
- Genuine passion for client service and intellectual property law
