Commercial Real Estate Attorney

We're working with a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm on a confidential search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney. It’s a chance to handle sophisticated real estate work for a national client base at a firm known for its collegial, nonhierarchical culture. Happy to share the firm name once we connect.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
• Manage deals from LOI through due diligence, title and survey review, and closing
• Work closely with partners and serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals

• J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar license in good standing
• 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across PSAs, leases, and financing documents
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent attention to detail, client service, and communication skills
