Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney (Remote)
A growing boutique real estate law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its expanding practice.

Highlights:

Fully remote (Southern California preferred)
Base salary: $260,000-$320,000

Responsibilities:

Handle commercial real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution

Manage disputes involving leases, landlord-tenant matters, unlawful detainers, purchase and sale agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, and property ownership issues

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

Manage depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials

Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals

Collaborate with transactional attorneys on real estate-related disputes

Support business development and practice growth initiatives
