You will act as a SME for commercial lease documentation under Quebec Civil Code and Canadian common law, ensuring accuracy, enforce ability, and risk mitigation.
Reporting to the Director, Lease Documentation, you will shape leasing standards, drive strategic negotiations, and support cross-functional partners.
