Job Description
Help scale the world's technology infrastructure. The Supply Chain Solution Manager will establish, operationalize, and manage scalable and repeatable supply chain solutions, leveraging classical and AI approaches. Solution areas include supply chain design, supply chain risk management, and supply chain visibility and analytics. The manager will work with large Fortune 100 technology clients (e.g., Cloud/AI infrastructure) and cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, IT, logistics, finance, architecture) to support hyper‑growth and supply chain resilience.
The impact of this role is significant to the deployment of global technology infrastructure.
- Supply chain design:
- Work with a cross‑functional team to establish and operationalize a network optimization approach.
- Work with a cross‑functional team to establish and operationalize supply chain models.
- Supply chain risk management:
- Work with a cross‑functional team to establish and operationalize a data‑driven supply chain risk model.
- Use the risk assessment to establish and operationalize dynamic planning, inventory, and procurement policies.
- Establish and operationalize an alert and disruption response management process.
- Establish and operationalize what‑if scenarios to provide strategic and tactical supply chain recommendations.
- Supply chain visibility and analytics:
- Establish and operationalize inputs to planning, inventory, and procurement workflows via data feeds, APIs, and AI agents.
- Integrate commodity and vertical market intelligence into business decision‑making.
- Establish and operationalize analytics that drive continuous supply chain optimization.
- Supply chain deployment:
Support clients and cross‑functional team to integrate supply chain solutions into client processes.
- Experience with large Fortune 100 technology client supply chains in the Cloud/AI infrastructure space.
- Ability to configure, customize, and leverage supply chain systems (design, planning, inventory, procurement, logistics, risk management).
- Skill in mapping current‑state processes to future‑state processes across these domains.
- Proficiency in data‑driven approaches to supply chain modeling.
- Excellent analytical, data‑driven mindset, innovative thinking, practical hands‑on operational discipline, system/process/solution connector, and positive energy for technology.
- Degree in IT, operations, engineering, or related domain.
- Highly analytical and data‑driven.
- Innovative big thinker with practical hands‑on operational business discipline.
- System, process, and solution dot‑connector.
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.
