Join the cutting edge of mobility tech as a Teledriver 'll be helping to redefine how people move through cities, launching and shaping the future of remote vehicle operation while working with a passionate and forward‑thinking team. Based out of our Las Vegas office (in‑person, not remote), you can expect a starting rate of $18/hr with the potential to earn up to $25/hr.

• Remotely operate vehicles from a driving station to customers or within the local service area.
• Act as a safety or teledriver for vehicle testing, following set protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in interactions with Vay users.
• Support engineering teams with data collection, feedback, and test reports.
• Pitch in with fleet and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and great user experiences.

• A safe and responsible driver with a clean U.S. license and at least 2 years of professional driving experience (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.).
• Comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts (2 pm–11 pm, 5 days per week, in‑office in Las Vegas).
• Able to pass a drug test, including THC.
• Tech‑savvy—ideally with gaming experience or high comfort with digital interfaces.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure with a troubleshooting mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Passionate about the future of autonomous vehicles and urban mobility.
