• Planning & Forecasting:
  Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to develop a unified, data-driven demand and supply plan.

• Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotional inputs to generate accurate forecasts at the SKU, regional, and channel levels.

• Utilize advanced planning systems (such as SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, etc.) to improve forecasting accuracy, production scheduling, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor planning effectiveness, identify variances, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leadership of the S&OP process with cross-functional coordination to develop a unified and data-driven demand plan.

  Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Manage end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure optimal alignment between production, inventory, cost, and customer service targets.

• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to align supplier capacity, lead times, and material availability with supply plans.

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across global warehouses and distribution centers, minimizing excess and obsolescence while maintaining high service levels.

• Support cross-functional projects including new product launches, supply chain transformation initiatives, and planning system enhancements.

• Analytics & Optimization:
  Leverage advanced data analytics and optimization techniques to enhance supply chain planning intelligence and decision-making.

• Implement machine learning-based forecasting models to improve demand accuracy and responsiveness to market fluctuations.

• Develop decision-support tools to balance cost, lead time, and service level trade-offs for improved planning outcomes.

• Drive data visualization and diagnostic analytics projects to uncover root causes, identify trends, and support long-term strategic planning.

Required:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in China and work during China Standard Time (CST) hours.

• Mandarin proficiency preferred for cross-regional communication.

• Master’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.

• Practical experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.).

• Strong analytical and Excel skills; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred:

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

• Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, healthcare or other fast-moving product environments.

• Understanding of global supply chain dynamics, including tariffs, logistics variability, and lead time management.

• Experience applying AI/ML and optimization techniques to real-world supply chain planning and decision processes.
