Job Description This internationally operating organization plays a key role in delivering advanced medical devices worldwide. For the Supply Chain team in Maastricht, we are looking for an Global Supply Chain Specialist who will contribute to the smooth and timely delivery of medical equipment, disposables, and spare parts to regional sales organizations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
You will join a close-knit, international team characterized by an informal, collaborative, and performance-driven culture with a strong 'get it done' mentality. Working in a modern open-office environment, you will have extensive interaction with internal stakeholders such as logistics, planning, finance, and local sales organizations. The role offers broad exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process, significant responsibility, and room for personal development, combined with the flexibility to work partly from home.
Responsibilities Monitor the automated conversion of purchase orders into sales orders
Process purchase orders and create sales orders for non-integrated entities
Coordinate order processing activities with on-site logistics teams
Check stock availability and align large or complex orders with planning
Validate transfer pricing in collaboration with finance
Follow up with regional sales organizations to ensure timely and complete delivery
Advise sales organizations on order changes in line with agreed lead times
Coordinate emergency shipments with logistics service providers when required
Proactively escalate risks related to on-time or in-full delivery
Act as the main point of contact for supply chain-related queries
Manage intercompany returns processes and credit transactions
Coordinate master data requirements related to order fulfillment
Maintain structured communication with supply centers to manage supply deviations
Develop, monitor, and report supply chain performance metrics
Support and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
Profile Bachelor's degree (HBO/BSc) or equivalent working and thinking level
Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of supply chain processes (preferred)
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical and improvement-oriented mindset
Structured and well-organized approach to work
Communicative, collaborative, and proactive personality
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure
High attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities
Ambitious, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude

Working hours:
full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary range: €3,200 - €3,900 gross per month, based on experience
Hybrid working model: up to 3 days working from home
