As the Supply Network Category Lead - SiSe, you own the scenario development and decision making for capacity assessments for mid long/term (3-36 months) capacity planning (IBP), initiatives, strategic capacity investments and product re-allocations in order to optimize cost, cash and service targets in the network. Additionally, the CSNL runs the category’s inventory program management and parameter setting, as well as the long term capacity assessment for critical material.
You will manage 1-2 E2E Supply Network Planners, who will run a part of the SiSe portfolio.
- You oversee and own the Category Supply/Demand balance from short- to long-term (1-36 months) to link short term decision making (owned by Category Supply Planning Managers & team) to mid/long-term scenarios.
- You lead, create and align the annual operational plan (AOP) for your assigned category.
- You lead decision making and Supply Chain design for initiatives, strategic (1-5 yrs) capacity investments and strategic product re-allocation for the total Category.
- You contribute to the yearly VCP exercise, both for inventory as well as network capacity for your category.
- You own the BCP of the assigned category, including reporting, ensuring the right capacity & materials are available for defined BCP scope.
- You will manage 1-2 E2E Supply Network Planners, ensuring personal development and engagement of the direct and indirect team.

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Network planning.
- You have experience working in a multi-cultural environment, combined with an inclusive communication & approach.
- You ideally have first managerial experience with a strong focus on engagement and development.
- You have the strong ability to lead & influence through others.
- You have strong communication & leadership skills (throughout different levels of the organization).
- You have analytical skills and an optimistic can-do approach.
