Supply Chain Market Planning Intern – Singapore

Join Coty’s Southeast Asia Supply Chain team as a Market Planning Intern. You will support omni‑channel operations, gain exposure to our diverse portfolio of consumer beauty and prestige brands, and help drive efficiency in reporting, inventory management, and new product launches.

THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Supply Chain Market Planning Intern, you play a critical role in supporting market planners across Southeast Asia (SEA). By understanding the complexity and dynamism of our markets across consumer beauty and prestige businesses, you will contribute to daily operations via reporting, while gaining hands‑on experience with SAP and exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain processes. You may also have the opportunity to manage and see a mini project to fruition.

Forecasts

Reasonability

Collaborate with cross functional teams to obtain retailers’ monthly sell out data
Update and analyse sell‑out vs future forecasts sizing by brand and channel
Provide visibility on month to date (MTD) invoiced to review forecasts phasing and adjustment

Stock Coverage & Supply Risks

Review stock coverage by analysing stock on hand (SOH) and stocks in transit (SIT) under sell‑in and consignment models
Identify and communicate potential supply risks to local teams for mitigation
Publish monthly excess inventory report to SEA stakeholders for depletion

NPI and Non‑sellable Tracking

Maintain master tracker of new product introductions (NPIs) for Prestige brands
Analyse performance of new launches across SEA markets
Inventory reporting for non‑sellable to support budget planning

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2026)

Essential Skills & Traits

Skilled in MS Excel;
Power

BI/Tableau/VBA knowledge is a plus.
Strong work ethic, confidentiality, and ownership.
