Supply Planning Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a central role in optimizing Agropur’s frozen products supply chain.

• Develop and maintain a short- to medium-term production plan (up to 18 months), including inventory projections and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with the demand management team and work closely with plants to achieve objectives.
• Resolve day-to-day issues caused by fluctuations in sales forecasts and supply to meet the required service level.
• Manage the allocation of promotional volumes based on available plant production capacity to meet demand on time, while optimizing costs.
• Coordinate and monitor corrective and improvement actions required to meet standards and objectives.
• Ensure healthy inventory levels by mitigating both stockouts and obsolete/aging inventory.
• Optimize manufacturing costs by improving efficiency related to S&OP supply chain processes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply planning activities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Ensure effective communication with other functions to achieve targeted service levels.
• Participate in various continuous improvement projects.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in supply chain / logistics / operations).
• 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning.
• Experience with integrated planning systems in an ERP environment.
• Advanced proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI or equivalent.
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

• Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary determined by academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position).
