Material Program Manager

Position: Material Program Manager Hybrid Role
Transform supply chain operations as a Material Program Manager with Raytheon Canada in a hybrid work setting. This role primarily focuses on aligning material strategies with program goals.
You'll serve as the essential point of contact among Integrated Project Teams, executing and managing the Material Program Strategy. With a minimum of four years of experience in supply chain management, you’ll drive competitive performance while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary liaison between supply chain and IPT

• Drive material program planning and execution

• Ensure compliance with Integrated Project Development Plan

• Address material-related challenges with analytical solutions

• Support resource allocation for supply chain content
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business

• Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience

• Familiarity with military specifications is desired

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed

• Bilingual capabilities in French and English are an asset
