As a
** Planning Coordinator**, you will play a central role in optimizing Agropur’s frozen products supply chain. You will be at the heart of the
** processes**, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and distribution across the network. Your contribution will be critical to achieving customer service objectives while maximizing manufacturing and logistics efficiency, all within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.

** Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
** How you will contribute to collective success:
*** Develop and maintain a short- to medium-term production plan (up to 18 months), including inventory projections and capacity utilization;
* Collaborate with the demand management team and work closely with plants to achieve objectives;
* Resolve day-to-day issues caused by fluctuations in sales forecasts and supply in order to meet the required service level;
* Manage the allocation of promotional volumes based on available plant production capacity to meet demand on time while optimizing costs;
* Coordinate and monitor corrective and improvement actions required to meet standards and objectives;
* Ensure healthy inventory levels by mitigating both stockouts and obsolete/aging inventory;
* Optimize manufacturing costs by improving efficiency related to S&OP supply chain processes;
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply planning activities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process;
* Ensure effective communication with other functions to achieve targeted service levels;
* Participate in various continuous improvement projects.
** The type of player who fits in well with the team:
*** Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in supply chain / logistics / operations);
* 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning;
* Experience with integrated planning systems in an ERP environment;
* Advanced proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI or equivalent;
* Fluent communication skills in both
** French and English;
*** Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
