Supply Chain Planning Manager Humber Region | £50,000 - £55,000  Benefits Winsearch are supporting the appointment of a Supply Chain Planning Manager into a senior, business-critical role within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment . This is a high-impact position responsible for ensuring a complex, high-volume operation consistently delivers against customer demand, service level expectations and operational targets.

The Role Take full ownership of planning and supply chain performance across a busy, fast-moving operation Manage the alignment of customer demand, production capacity and material availability Oversee end-to-end planning activity , ensuring plans are realistic, achievable and commercially effective Control and optimise inventory and stock levels , balancing availability, waste and cost Work closely with operations, logistics and procurement to maintain flow and minimise disruption Identify risks within the plan and take decisive, proactive action Drive improvements across forecasting accuracy, planning processes and supply chain efficiency Monitor and report on key operational KPIs , using data to support decision-making Lead and influence cross-functional teams , ensuring accountability and delivery About You Proven experience within supply chain, production planning or materials planning Background in a high-volume FMCG environment Experience managing planning within a fast-paced, time-sensitive operation Strong understanding of materials flow, inventory, demand and capacity constraints Comfortable making decisions in a pressured, fast-changing environment Able to influence stakeholders and drive performance across teams Experience at senior planner, planning manager or supply chain manager level Why Apply?
