Role Description
The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home on designated days. This role oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and logistics execution to support Convert Mate’s eCommerce clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, optimizing reorder points, managing warehouse or 3PL partners, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation and delivery.
The manager will track key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements aligned with client growth objectives. This role also collaborates with internal account managers and external vendors to forecast needs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth operational flows for multi‑market eCommerce operations.
- Strong Supply Chain Management skills, including demand planning, procurement coordination, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including transportation planning, 3PL coordination, and last‑mile delivery oversight.
- Hands‑on Inventory Management experience, such as stock level monitoring, cycle counting, and safety stock planning.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for forecasting, KPI tracking, cost analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Solid Project Management skills to manage timelines, cross‑functional initiatives, and multiple client work streams.
- Experience with eCommerce, DTC, or omnichannel operations is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with inventory, WMS, or ERP tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills and regional experience in LATAM or the US are a plus.
