Logistics Coordination
Moose Toys is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cornwall on a fixed‑term contract of 10 months.

The RoleThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost‑effective, and timely transportation of goods from suppliers across Asia to our 3PL partners in the UK and EU. They focus on optimising end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance by coordinating container loading, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and onward delivery.
The coordinator works closely with the Moose MFE team, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to maintain high service standards, minimise delays, control costs, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agreed service levels.
Key objectives include proactively identifying and managing supply‑chain risks, implementing contingency plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
What We're Looking For- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, coordination and organisational skills within a fast‑paced environment
- Effective communicator, able to liaise across teams
- Positive, team‑first attitude, curiosity and proactive approach to learning and development
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations and international shipping documentation
- Proven experience in international logistics and freight management, preferably with Asia‑Europe trade lanes
- Experience using a logistics software
- Full training and induction
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a paid lunch break and non‑contractual flexi‑hours (core 10:00‑15:00)
