This position offers exposure to global supply planning and opportunities to improve planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate planning data and parameters to support reliable planning outcomes.
  • Analyze plan variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with finance, quality, operations, and scheduling to align supply decisions with business needs.
  • Lead investigations into supply incidents and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare clear reports and track key performance indicators to support decision‑making.
  • Support change initiatives that improve planning processes and ways of working.
Basic Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or operational supply chain roles.
  • Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for planning (e.g., SAP) and updating planning parameters.
  • Excel skills and the ability to analyze multiple data sources to inform decisions.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and work in a matrixed environment.
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global supply planning, ideally in pharmaceuticals, clinical supply, or fast‑moving consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with capacity planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP or similar processes.
  • Formal supply chain certification or Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Experience managing plans across multiple manufacturing sites or external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with both remote and on‑site collaboration.
Work Arrangements

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, requiring on‑site presence in the United Kingdom as needed for collaboration, onboarding, and key stakeholder meetings. Remote work is available as part of our Performance with Choice approach. Other locations may be considered at managerial discretion.
