Procurement Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for our organisation. This fully remote role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively and ensure value for money across all procurement activities.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating favourable terms
• Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues promptly
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Assist with budget tracking and cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage stock levels

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Good understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
• Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred

Salary: R30,000/month | 100% Remote
