Callaway Golf Europe – Fixed Term Customs Warehouse Coordinator

Callaway Golf Europe is seeking a Fixed Term Customs Warehouse Coordinator for a 12‑month contract to support the movement of goods through our Customs Warehouse. The position combines flexible remote work with a hybrid model – a minimum of three days per week in our Chessington head office.

• Fixed‑term contract (12 months)
• Hybrid working – at least 3 days per week at the Chessington office, with flexible home‑based work
• Salary £30,000 – £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience

• Manage customs declarations and warehouse transactions in line with UK and EU regulations.
• Process import and export data, maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support customs clearance activities and manage trade documentation.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Trade Compliance and external freight partners to minimise delays and maintain stock flow.

• Experience in a logistics, customs or freight environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs processes, including HS classification and broker/forwarder operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and operational systems, with a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Experience with SAP and/or customs warehousing systems (e.g. Ricardo).
• Knowledge of origin rules and preferential trade agreements.
