Arc'teryx Demand Planner

Shape product success as a Demand Planner at Arc'teryx in North Vancouver, with hybrid remote work available. Oversee demand forecasts using market signals and data insights to guide product availability.

In this integral role reporting to the Director of Merchandise Planning, you’ll manage a 12-18 month demand forecast for your categories. Collaborate with teams to refine forecasts and improve accuracy for new product launches and in-season adjustments. Your analytical acumen combined with strong demand forecasting experience will directly influence operational and financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a rolling demand forecast for assigned product categories

• Drive accurate forecasts through performance monitoring and diagnostics

• Build statistical forecasts using established tools

• Implement the Integrated Business Planning cycle for consensus

• Reconcile financial targets with SKU forecasts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or relevant supply chain roles

• Strong background in statistical forecasting and data analysis

• Proficiency in advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions

• Ability to mentor others and share knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
