Start date:
01.09.2026. Duration: fixed term until 31.12.2026, with option to extend.
Hours:
100% full‑time.
Logistics Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst delivers high‑quality, efficient and compliant logistics services for the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites. The focus is to provide staff with easy access to central services, relieve operational workflows and optimally employ available resources.
Logistics Solutions is responsible for all goods and shipment flows that arrive at the site, are stored, distributed or further transported from the area. This includes diverse logistics processes with GxP relevance and the support of defined interfaces to internal business functions, quality areas, customers and external partners.
We are looking for a committed GxP Support Specialist who ensures compliance with GxP requirements within logistics processes in Basel and Kaiseraugst, supports operational business circles, manages deviations and changes, and develops and implements GxP‑relevant processes.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Support Business Circles of Logistics Solutions on all GxP‑related questions.
- Ensure compliance requirements within logistics processes at the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites.
- Co‑support GxP requirements related to the global active substance warehouse in Basel.
- Versatile deployment in various GxP areas within Logistics Solutions.
- Independently handle and own deviations and changes in Veeva.
- Create, maintain and update GxP‑relevant process documents.
- Assist in implementing new or adapted GxP processes.
- Actively participate in customer and regulatory audits and inspections.
- Independently present supported GxP‑logistics processes during audits and inspections.
- Close collaboration with quality functions, business areas, internal customers and external partners.
- Proactive involvement in process optimization, quality improvement and sustainable compliance solutions.
- Completed vocational training or bachelor/master degree, preferably related to the pharmaceutical industry, pharma logistics or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in GMP and/or GDP‑regulated environments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and their GxP‑relevant requirements.
- Experience with GxP deviation and change management.
- Practical knowledge of creating, editing and maintaining GxP documents.
- Experience in preparing or presenting GxP processes during customer or regulatory inspections.
- Interest in technical workflows and a good affinity for IT systems.
- CSV knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
- Good English language skills, minimum B2 level.
