Position: Supply Chain Coordinator in Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order releases with warehouses and carriers

• Schedule and follow up on deliveries and appointments

• Maintain dashboards to track order status

• Review and validate shipping documents like BOLs

• Investigate inventory and delivery discrepancies

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• 2-4 years of supply chain or logistics experience

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

• Strong communication skills via email, phone, and in person

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
