This fully remote position requires a background in customs brokerage, with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience. You will utilize your clearance and rating expertise to liaise effectively with clients and customs officials, ensuring that ground shipments are properly documented. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital as you partner with internal departments and resolve discrepancies with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate customs clearance for international truck freight

• Input data into our database using multiple programs

• Communicate with clients and transportation carriers effectively

• Collaborate with Logistics and Finance departments

• Resolve discrepancies with government agencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in customs brokerage

• High School Diploma required

• Strong proficiency in MS Office

• CCS designation is an asset

• Must have Custom Import Analyst experience
