Position: Vacuum Services Dispatcher Hybrid Role

As a Dispatcher for GFL, you will manage employee selection, organize job requests, and ensure timely delivery of services. Your ability to multitask will be vital as you navigate frequent changes in service jobs while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule job requests from clients and staff

• Maintain communication during service and equipment issues

• Coordinate vacation schedules and crew management

• Manage daily operations and supply chain needs

• Respond to on-call requests 24/7

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver License

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Products

• Experience in field coordination or dispatching

• Knowledge of hazardous waste management preferred

• Familiarity with various vacuum equipment is an asset
