Position: Custom Import Analyst Remote Opportunity

This full-time role requires a strong background in Customs Brokerage, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. You will be key in collaborating with Canada Customs, clients, and shipping companies to clear shipments effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and transport carriers for import clearance

• Input essential information into the database accurately

• Collaborate with internal Logistics and Finance teams

• Communicate effectively via email and phone

• Resolve discrepancies with government agencies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is a must

• 2-5 years of Customs Brokerage experience

• Clearances and rating experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• CCS designation is an asset
