Production Coordinator

Overview

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a highly organized and proactive professional to ensure the seamless movement of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain. This is a full-time role with responsibilities spanning strategy, project management, and process improvement within supply chain programs.

• Lead and support projects to enhance supply chain, inventory planning systems, tools, and processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Act as the supply chain project manager within customer projects in a project-focused, engineered-to-order capital equipment environment. Manage the supply chain workstream and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist program and construction management activities to support successful project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards (where applicable to the role).
• Partner with clients to deliver program management services and contribute to process optimization across supply chain functions.

• Experience in supply chain management, project management, and/or construction management roles.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Ability to identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• CA $60,000.00 yearly to CA$ yearly range (values shown in the input vary by listing).
