As a pivotal member of the team, you will require at least 2-5 years of experience in a Customs Brokerage setting. This role involves collaboration with various third parties, including clients and customs agencies, to ensure accurate clearance procedures. A strong command of MS Office and excellent attention to detail will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Canada Customs and clients to clear imports

• Enter required data into our database systems

• Communicate with logistics partners via email and phone

• Coordinate with internal departments for discrepancy resolutions

• Work closely with government agencies on import matters

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is necessary

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Customs Brokerage

• Must have clearance and rating experience

• Strong communication skills required

• CCS designation preferred
