Sourcing Lead

Position: Sourcing Lead at Opendoor Hybrid Role
Opendoor is looking for a Sourcing Lead to manage key indirect spend categories in a hybrid model, with 4 days onsite and 1 remote. Lead competitive sourcing and negotiations to maximize commercial value for vendor contracts at Opendoor.

This Sourcing Lead role requires expertise in sourcing methodologies and strong negotiation skills, focused primarily on SaaS, Cloud, HR, and Professional Services categories. The ideal candidate will analyze supply markets and support procurement processes utilizing systems like Coupa and Zip. You will drive cost savings and deliver results across multiple indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all sourcing activities for indirect spend

• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFx’s) with vendors

• Conduct supply market analysis to identify trends

• Support P2P processes across procurement systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective vendor management

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of sourcing/procurement experience

• Proven success in leading RFPs for measurable savings

• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain

• Understanding of indirect spend categories for technology
