As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will oversee the fulfillment lifecycle for prestigious retailers including The Home Depot and Best Buy.

Your role involves coordinating cross-border logistics, data-driven inventory management, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive order fulfillment processes for North American retail partners

• Collaborate with sales for accurate demand forecasts

• Ensure OTIF delivery through effective execution monitoring

• Manage after-sales support for improved customer satisfaction

• Build strong relationships with internal teams to optimize workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in supply chain or order fulfillment experience
