Position: Import Analyst Role - Remote & Flexible
Become a key player in customs with Willson International as a Remote Import Analyst. Use your detail-oriented skills to manage international Truck Freight imports into Canada from home.

This fully remote role invites candidates who have demonstrated experience in customs brokerage and who excel at clear communication. You will be responsible for collaborating with Canada Customs, clients, and transportation providers to facilitate smooth customs clearance. Additionally, you'll need proficiency in MS Office and database skills to navigate the required software successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure international shipments are cleared for entry into Canada

• Interact with third parties effectively via email and phone

• Use computer programs for accurate information entry

• Work alongside logistics and finance teams for discrepancy resolution

• Uphold accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customs Brokerage

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• MS Office and database proficiency

• CCS designation is advantageous
