Position: Senior Distribution Analyst Hybrid Role
Face Reality is seeking a Senior Distribution and Logistics Analyst to enhance our supply chain strategy and logistics operations in a hybrid setting.

In this impactful position, you will oversee our distribution network's operational aspects by managing transportation planning and cost control.

Your role is vital in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure logistical readiness for promotions and product launches as the brand scales and evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inbound and outbound logistics coordination

• Drive readiness for product launches and promotional campaigns

• Ensure compliance through effective 3PL performance management

• Handle 3PL invoice reconciliation and cost tracking

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve logistics issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business preferred

• Minimum 4 years of related experience in logistics

• Direct experience with 3PL providers and transportation processes

• Expertise in advanced Excel and data reporting

• Ability to implement cost-saving measures in logistics operations
